Received ZIP to current submission package

A professional handover for the James URTeC paper: what was received, what was preserved, what changed, what was added, and what still blocks an honest upload-ready package.

Package At A Glance

The original delivery remains intact. The current package layers private audits, revisions, submission files, and candidate assets on top.

Team Download

Use the shared download password to get the current handover ZIP. The archive is served only after password validation and a short-lived signed session cookie.

Secure handover package

The ZIP includes the HTML report, handover notes, manifest, validation notes, and figure assets. Local machine paths are intentionally not required for team review.

What Changed

Facts are grouped into received state, current state, manuscript edits, and package artifacts.

Metric and evidence fixes

  • Forecast headline metrics corrected and made internally consistent.
  • Two-minute and five-minute forecast configurations restored.
  • Table 1 expanded to preserve the planned evidence shape.
  • Same-test-set baseline wording clarified.

Language hardening

  • Novelty claim scoped to hydraulic-fracturing pressure-prediction literature.
  • Benchmark language made directional rather than head-to-head.
  • effective friction factor (f_eff) terminology normalized.
  • Selected reference metadata refreshed from official DOI/Crossref records.

Added artifacts

  • revision candidates v03.md through v09.md.
  • Private audit records, research notes, and revision summaries.
  • Submission README, DOCX candidate, figure specs, and upload checklist.
  • Candidate SVG/PNG assets for Figures 1, 2, and 6.

Validation records

  • IP scan passed on selected baseline.
  • Residue scan passed for TBD, TO COMPUTE, FIXME, and Acknowledgments.
  • Figure numbering now runs from Figure 1 through Figure 8.
  • HTML report visually checked at desktop and mobile widths.
No received files were removed. The revision path removed the extra Acknowledgments section from the selected manuscript shape because the executor contract ended at References.

Evidence Details

Expandable notes keep the main report clean while preserving the reasoning trail.

Received ZIP audit
The received package contained executor.md, instructions, references, outlines, and manuscript drafts v01.md and v02.md. The first audit found forecast metric inconsistency, collapsed forecast table structure, figure numbering drift, and verification-sensitive literature positioning.
Revision chain
v03 corrected the forecast contract and figure structure. v06 completed the first audited candidate. v07 normalized f_eff. v08 completed Figure 1 through Figure 8 ordering. v09 tightened novelty scope, benchmark language, baseline wording, and selected reference metadata.
Current package judgment
The package is stronger and traceable, but not upload-complete. The remaining blockers are external or owner-review dependent: final stage-level figures, owner approval of candidate figures, Word/PDF visual QA, and ScholarOne actions.

Candidate Figure Assets

Click any figure to inspect it larger. These were created only where the source was manuscript-safe text or reported metrics.

Figure 1 candidate: STP decomposition schematic.
Figure 2 candidate: IP-safe prediction pipeline.
Figure 6 candidate: forecast RMSE by horizon.

Remaining Work

The report stays honest about what can and cannot be called complete.

Still blocked

  • Figures 3-5, 7, and 8 need real stage-level exports or a remove/renumber decision.
  • Figures 1, 2, and 6 need owner approval.
  • The DOCX needs human visual QA after figures are embedded.

Manual submission actions

  • ScholarOne upload remains manual.
  • Copyright acceptance remains manual.
  • Chair notification is needed if this becomes a replacement upload.
Not upload-complete yet. The current package is stronger, audited, and organized, but it should not be submitted until the figure and Word/PDF review gates are closed.
